c2h6o Black Sambuca
Black Sambuca Schnapps
 New Zealand
 Schnapps 22% Alcohol

Our Sambuca is, strictly speaking, fruit schnapps. ‘Sambuca’ is the botanical name for the ‘Elderflower’. They are made from elderflowers, with aniseed. The main difference between the black and white Sambuca is colour. The black contains a liquorice and coffee as a colouring.
· Make a black ‘Slippery Nipple’ by floating some real cream, or some c2h6o Cream on top of either.
   · Another shooter you might like is a ‘Black Magic’, which is ½ c2h6o peppermint and ½ c2h6o Black Sambuca.
