This drink will vary slightly in looks from batch to batch, depending on
the amount of oil in the lemon peel. Lemon Schnapps is a traditional
Italian drink from Capri. c2h6o Lemon Schnapps should be consumed ice
cold. The secret is to serve it VERY cold.
· Excellent with soda water, tonic water or gin – makes a wonderfully
refreshing long drink on a hot day.
· You could even add it to vodka to give it more kick!
· c2h6o lemon and Tequila make a great Tequila Sunrise.
