Dairy cream liqueurs are a very high
tech product. c2h6o Butterscotch Cream is the only product which is not
made in the distillery in Marlborough – though it was, of course,
developed by us with the help of the NZ Dairy Board Research Unit. It is
made in the North Island, where the latest and most reliable
homogenizing equipment is to be found.
Apparently c2h60 butterscotch Cream has a shelf life of over two years,
but all the tests we’ve tried seem to show a fridge life of 3˝ to 4
minutes!
