Totara Cafe is our wonderful coffee flavored liqueur made from an extract
of coffee beans. You can use Totara Cafe to make a quick and easy dessert:
soak chocolate chip biscuits in Totara Cafe for a few seconds, then layer
them into a log with whipped cream. Chill in the fridge and serve. Very
yummy!
· Try on its own or shaken with milk over ice.
· Add a dash of Totara Cafe to your ordinary cup of coffee for a bit of a
kick.
· To make the most deliciously decadent cup of coffee: ¾ Fill your
coffee cup with ordinary black coffee, then pour in a dash of Totara
Cafe
and finish off with Cream in place of milk or sugar.
