The
Macedonia
wine is produced in the
vineyards of the republic of
Macedonia
, first planted by royal decree of
Alexander the Great. They have ripened slowly and developed into a wine
with full flavour, Creating a rich juicy wine with a luscious
blackcurrant flavour and just a hint of port in the after taste. A very
soft red wine. Medium to dry in sweetness similar to a well aged merlot.
